Privacy policy (DRAFT, pending lawyer review)

We collect what you give us: email, county, property details, and, for clients, booking exports, registration numbers and signed authorizations. We use it only to provide the service and send emails you agreed to. We don't sell data. Logins you share are stored in an encrypted vault and used only to file your returns. Your bank details are saved by you in the county's own payment portal, and we don't keep a copy. Payments for our fee are handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card number. You can ask us to delete your data anytime. Service providers (hosting, email, e-sign) process data for us under contract.
